A pproved Workmen Are Not A shamed

This is a ministry for children Kindergarten through 6th grade. The evening has a Game Time which is comprised of exciting circle games exclusive to Awana that are a popular draw for churched and unchurched children alike. Council Time is a large-group setting consisting of praise and worship, Bible teaching, awards, announcements and presentation of the gospel. Handbook Time provides small-group interaction, recitation of Scripture that kids learned during the week, friendship building and opportunities for leaders to mentor children and help them understand the Bible verses they memorize.

Because the safety and well being of our children is the utmost importance to the church, the volunteers who work with our children also become our utmost concern. This is why we have a formal screening procedure for those who work with our children. We also follow supervisory procedure for ongoing protection for our children.
