How I spend my days off: I usually spend my days off cleaning and wishing I was at work.
Favorite book: My favorite is usually whatever I’m currently reading.
Favorite place: My favorite place is wherever I can be chatting with my family.
Favorite disciple: Peter
Favorite Book of the Bible: James
Favorite Bible verse: Philippians 1:6 “…and being confident of this, that he who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus.” However, a very close second would be Proverbs 3:5-6 “Trust in the LORD with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight.”
The personal project I can’t wait to finish is: finally selecting a paint color for my living room and actually getting it painted.
My most annoying habit: I have way too many to narrow to just one however my co-workers might say that I have an annoying habit of thinking that I’m responsible for everything. If something isn’t going just right I think I should be able to make it all better. My children would say that the most annoying thing is that I’m very happy and chatty in the morning. My husband would say…..well let’s just not ask him.
I would love to meet: Oliver North and his wife
If I were in Heaven…..I wouldn’t probably change anything if I were actually there but since I’m not there yet and this is a hypothetical question I’d have to say that there would be marriages.
One thing I don’t like: Oh come on, be serious, I can’t narrow this to just one but I’m certain that ‘sweat’ on me or anyone else is just nasty!
Book I am reading now: I am always reading a couple of books at a time. Usually a little fiction and a little non-fiction.
Something I know that I wish everyone knew: I wish everyone knew that they have not yet arrived. We are all still clay in the potter’s hands. He continues to mold us and shape us into what He wants us to be. We are His masterpieces and He doesn’t see anyone as less significant than the next. He loves us right where we’re at – flaws and all.
The most awesome experience of my life: The most awesome experience of my life is ongoing. It is being a wife to Terry and a mother to Dustin and Dayna and now mother-in-law of Craig. It’s not always been easy nor fun but it’s always been a God-honoring awesome experience.
