Viral: Part 65 - In God’s Hand

This sermon explores how God protected Paul with an overwhelming force 12 times greater than the 40 assassins who vowed to kill him. We will also read of Paul's harrowing escape at night as 470 Roman soldiers cover 37 miles in one night to reach Antipatris, a Gentile city on the other side of "ambush territory". Finally, we will see Paul standing before the procurator Felix, a man who rose from being a slave to a cunning man who gained political power by marrying three princesses. It sounds more like a movie but it's all very real and serves as a reminder that God can protect us even when we fall into the hands of people of dubious character.
